Youth Skills Hub

The Youth Skills Hub (YSH) is the WFF Youth Initiative’s platform aimed at equipping young people with the knowledge, skills, confidence and understanding they need to enter the workforce and shape agrifood systems for the benefit of people and planet.

YSH in spotlight

The Youth Skills Hub is structured around three complementary pillars:

The Online Library offers a curated collection of resources to deepen technical knowledge across agrifood systems. Featuring knowledge hubs, e-learning materials and the latest publications, it is a one-stop shop for students, researchers and lifelong learners, with a diverse range of resources tailored to support both educational and professional growth.

Organizations are invited to submit resources – such as publications, articles and books – that align with YSH guidelines and relevant career opportunities.

Ready to explore career opportunities in agrifood systems? This section connects job seekers with organizations that are actively hiring and offers career insights from industry experts. Discover volunteer roles, internships and job openings with leading organizations, and find the right opportunity to apply your skills and grow in this dynamic field.
