Join us as a volunteer at the 2024 WFF flagship event: Shape the future of agrifood systems

The World Food Forum (WFF) invites dedicated individuals from around the globe to become volunteers for the 2024 World Food Forum flagship event, set to take place from 14 to 18 October at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) headquarters in Rome, Italy. This is your chance to be a part of a transformative experience and help shape the future of agrifood systems.

As a volunteer, you will be at the center of the action, supporting our mission to drive positive change and foster meaningful interactions among global leaders, experts and agrifood systems stakeholders.

Our event, organized around the key pillars of global youth action, science and innovation, and investment, will feature a diverse range of activities. Volunteers will assist in facilitating sessions, workshops meetings, exhibitions and other activities on site.

We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers who are available during the week of 14 October, as well as those who can support from 7 to 13 October for pre-event preparations and can attend an introductory session on 11 October, in person, in the late afternoon. During the event, you will have the chance to work in various areas such as the Global Youth Forum, Hand-in-Hand Investment Forum, Science and Innovation Forum, Global Family Farming Forum and Rome Water Dialogue. While we will consider your preferences, please note that placement cannot be guaranteed.

Volunteers will gain valuable experience, network with industry leaders and contribute to the global movement for accessible, nutritious and sustainable agrifood systems. Language skills are an asset.
