Ayaz talks about his journey in acquiring his PhD in food systems and explores the nexus between food science and sustainable agriculture, exploring how we need to create a food system that meets the current nutritional needs and preserves the environment for future generations.

Ambrogio explores the relation between sustainable agriculture and climate change due to greenhouse gas emissions, sharing his optimistic approach to how we now have the opportunity to create more sustainable agriculture, both environmentally and socially.
